Systems Support Engineer
•Manage and configure initial client environments.
•Respond to client support issues.
•Identify and resolve routine operational systems problems.
•Perform projects, plan and implement systems’ maintenance, and administer domains.

Client Project Manager
•Perform quarterly IT business reviews.
•Serve as technical escalation point and liaison.
•Work closely with Systems Support Engineers to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
